SKAHA Vineyard 2019 Rose'
Tasting Notes
SKAHA Vineyard Rosé is handcrafted from our estate grown Merlot grapes. Crisp and
refreshing with
elegant notes of strawberry, raspberry, pink grapefruit and a lively hint of rhubarb and
cranberry on the finish.
Pairing:
Enjoyed equally on its own or paired with BBQ prawns, chicken dishes and summer salads.
Winemaking:
Grapes were harvested by hand, whole cluster pressed, and cold fermented
in stainless steel tanks.
Viticulture:
SKAHA Vineyard is nestled above Skaha Lake in the beautiful
Okanagan Valley. Steep slopes of shale and fossilized sandstone
with lake influences encourage our vines to concentrate flavours
in the ripening grapes resulting in elegant, fruit forward wines.
